    Tht heatsink is attached to a fan smaller than 80mm's, shud strip it out first, coz fan doesnt work :(

    Sorry bro I dont laugh at ppl about the things they dont knw.
    Shan use a Hack saw blade.There is a one named speed steel .use that.Too if u can find a handle which can mount the broken up hack-saw blades its great for this.That handle can be found on pavement sellers and will cost 30 rs.But u can have the blade taped or covered with a cloth to have the same result.

    I nthe right hand side one u'll see it has lines.So its easy to cut in the lines.Find a pair of divider or something that has a sharp metal point use a metal ruler or the hack saw blade as the ruler draw a line with hard pushed hands towards the sink.Then u'll find it easy to do it.
