Looks like ZoneAlarm is the most popular in windows.

Hmm i also use that for long time. But now i move to NOD 32 and Zone Alarm

I don't see any problem with it. It's not easily configurable, but no need for that anyways.

Windows XP firewall is one-way so get rid of it..

but im not sure whether the vista firewall is two-way or not but itz better to use a two-way firewall like zone alarm.

configuration is kinda tricky though.

That tricky part is what I don't like. Vista firewall is two ways, but you need to get into advanced configuring section for that.

Outpost Firewall I think is much better than all the others. Kerio FW is one of the best as well.
