For Dialog Broadband, for the first bill, they include the 2nd month's price as well. They say its their policy.
However you don't have to pay the full amount at once. You can pay only the monthly fee and still keep your connection active. I learnt this after yelling at customer service. They admitted that you dont have to pay the 2 months bill at once.

Now about that blog post with FUP and what not, that is no longer in effect for the Dialog Broadband connection.

Yes I call it but in the middle of the call it disconnected because phone eke salli ivara una . they charging for hotline also

Ah! in that case, call and ask them how the bill came to that amount.

my friend had a simmilar problem.

he says he used only around 2 GB of his limit and he has been billed for over usage!!
