Yes.
There's at least a little bit of that , thanks to directors like Prasanna withanage, Somarathna balasooriya Vimukthi jayasundfara and Udayakantha warnasooriya,
But have to improve a bit from the present level. have to agree with that.
And I'm not going to talk about Clowns like Roy de silva or luvi vanderstrantan.

They copy from west and east too.. they wanna be so glamorous so wannabe Hollywood!
But as always they end up making same old crap too... 3 hour shit with 150 songs in it!
All of them are overacting including the so called SRK! very very few good actors in Hindi cinema...

Directors lyk Somarathna Dissanayake, Dr. Lester James Peries, Ashoka Handagama, Prasanna Vithanagw are directors of tht calipper.
All we need is some disipline & a change the attitudes as I was kinda feel Ashoka Handagama is a director who can make a difference. Other thn the above mentioned directors they r few more.
