What's difference Between VB.NET and VB 2008 Express Editions

i think VB 2008 is working with .NET framework 3...

VB2008 express is free and it is a stripped down version of iots original.But as a student it will not matter.If you are in for MSDN you may get a VB.NET free or with a good discount.
