Machan it depends on the programming language :D :D

for VB, C# its deffa MS Visual Studio 2008...i just dont want the free version of it :D

For Java its Netbeans or JCreator Pro...For applets nam deffa i need both :D

For C its Borland Turbo C++ 4.5 thama :D (used Dev C++ but it was a bit comples...sure it had code completion and stuff but Borland was simple! )

For MySQL databases nam i think DreamCoder is cool :D

But because i have to VOTE..ill go with MS Studio 2008...because its really easy and coding is fun :D

I'm working in Borland Delphi 5 IDE and Visual Studio at office. I think both are equal and offer similar features but Visual Studio maybe just a bit head. so I voted for Visual Studio.

btw I think NetBeans is just for java starters. Most professional Java programmers use Eclipse etc.

VB6 IDE was one of the best IDE's ever it was just so advanced for the time it was released and it had no competitors, plus it was blazing fast, Next up is Delphi, For C++ i think MS visual C++ is the best way to go
