Yes there is reason why you get bad response. Its because most ppl buy their notebook from Unity. So they sell basic home notebooks. When you use these home notebooks for 8-10Hrs it needs proper service. Also some of those notebooks sold @unity may not be from correct channel so that too causes the problem.

Dont blame the brand, We sell so we know better than those who use which is good n not good. So still I will say HP is better if you go with Biz Notebook and for the price you pay for ASUS/Acer dont waste go with HP Biz Notebook you will not regret.
