i didn't read all the specs. just looked at the CPU, mobo, RAM and VGA :P

i have no idea what those voltages are and they are irrelevant to me :P

Here are the (very basic) BIOS pages on my mobo. And I like that it is very simple. :D
Note: These are not the current settings however.

No men, my idle is anyway 55C. Max is 64C. Either way, I run the fan at low speeds. :D

IT IS NOT A BUG! I think the HSF contact is screwed.

No more than 1.85V is possible with this RAM. 5-5-5-15-1/2T aint possible for more than 667 even on stock FSB.4-4-4-12 is not possible at any means.Lowest I checked was 533.
And I'm well surprised of the X1950XT matter asked from you.It needs 125W under 3D load,a 250W rated PSU will blow up the whole rig in a minute with that PSU.I think I dont have to mention that nVIDIA chipsets needs power and heats well.
Oh news is that it is not a problem with the RAM that I can't raise the Vmem. This Northbridge has gone crazy with 4x1GB RAM. I don't know how, but when I increase the Vmem, it is not the RAM that gets unstable (as in not posting), but the NB (as in not detecting USB devices at POST)
