machan if u got to union place colombo then there are lods of floweriest , but those flowers are not arranged so u have to do it by ur self, but its cheep, also at MC (Majestic City) there is a shop at down floor and u can buy arranged flower bunch for 750 Rs

YES, its on the ground floor near the food city, their price is lil bit high compare to Union place, but these flowers are all arranged and look nice, also if u want to buy a card to wish there is a place on the 1st floor
