Where/How Do I get Certificate of Vaccination Against Yellow Fever

Does anyone know where do I get "Certificate of Vaccination Against Yellow Fever" and how many days it will take?

What? I have been to Malaysia several times.. they never asked... Unless you are travelling into Malaysia from a Yellow fever infected area.

Yes.. Africa and certain parts of South America you need it to enter where you left. Only good thing is it's valid for 10 years!

Sorry , you seem to be correct as they have listed SriLanka. Anyone got a clue why?
Even the CDC states that there is No Yellow Fever risk in Srilanka.
