New Nokia phones have dedicated audio chips with pretty good customizable equalizers and sound effects, I have a 5800 XM and I am very pleased with the audio quality, IMO not much room for improvement. Don't compare it with old Nokia phones that had software decoding, new phones are far better. Especially those with dedicated audio chips. And don't forget that N97 is a smartphone! Almost like a mini computer (even comes with a physical full QWERTY keyboard). There is no way you can compare that to a standard phone with only Java support. As I said before except for the camera there is nothing worth considering in a W995.</blockquote>
