I used apple. they are no better than other notebooks. From outside they look really nice,but internals just shit as other brands.

i replaced my mobo twice due to VGA problem.

your just unlucky or do some thing to break your MB

Apple pays lot of attention to what they put it as cost ins't a issue. where all other brands are finds a cheaper part for the price.

If you put windows it run games fine but you are right if you are gamer then buy alienware some thing similar
