it was your regular hollywood film, good moral values won in the end.

thats why I said they sorta gave the oscar for this as a form of an apology for not giving it for any of those movies. They probably wanted to give him an oscar for best actor before he got out of acting or died.

I see your point, he did have better performances in his registry, but his performance in a scent of a woman was still oscar worthy.

it was enjoyable, not a bad way to kill an evening but it was mediocre. just like megamind, fun film, nothing special. as a matter of fact, both film WERE the same, followed the same formula.
