As I can remember I watched Blair Witch Project before PA 1. What I can tell is, I enjoyed D) both.

I'm collecting movies. I will post about them as I can. Watch those non-English movies. You won't regret.

P.S.: To enjoy movies like BWP & PA better,

1) Watch them at night (or in a dark room. Silence is also important.)
2) Use a good headphone.
3) Watch alone.
