Honestly tell me. Dont you think Nolan is loosing it ? It was above many other comic films yeah. But not above average of Nolan himself. Im not comparing or talking about joker here

No, Nolan havent lost it. The finale focuses on Bruce Wayne/Batman characters rather than on others and considering the source stories he used for this, the movie was too short to tell the story well.

That robin guy figuring out Batman is indeed Bruce Wayne and the way Ras Gaul's daughter die is kinda not Nolan.

"My father's work is done" wooosh shes gone :P

Anyway again DKR is good. But not enough for a Nolan film.

    great film

    Okay :(

Enough with it and you go watch DKR and give is a beautiful review. You are a skillful writer. Put some use to it.

    Dark Knight Rises

Good conclusion to Nolan's Batman. He had used elements from Dark Knight Rises, Knightfall, No Mans Land and Battle for the Cowl to make this story. There's quite a bit of scenes where only the comic readers will spot the significance.
Still, there's a quite a lot of issues that I have with this movie. First and foremost, why the FUCK did Nolan have to mix up the characters ?? Bane was portrayed as a muscle bound intelligent psychopath. Bane's back story was given to Talia and made a ridiculous story where she's the master mind behind everything.
Most importantly, Bruce Wayne is left alive at the end!!
Why fuck with some of the BEST Batman stories ever written to come up with this story ? The same story could've easily been told while staying true to the characters. I find the mixups unnecessary and thus poorly portrayed as the actors has nothing to go with other than what the new screenplay gives them. Had Nolan kept the characters true to their original comic characters, the actors could've done a terrific job. Probably come close to Heath Ledger's performance.

Actually that crap is pure Nolan. Had he stayed true to the comic things would've been spectacularly better.

You give the man way too much credit. DkR is a well made Nolan movie.

Finally watched it and thought it was good. Just simple mind-less fun. And of cause Loki's great, so strangely attracted to him/Tom.

    Exactly.
Its kinda leave a faded image of Bruce Wayne as a man whos willing to give every single thing he has for the mankind.

More I think of it, I get this feeling that Nolan could have done so much more.
However Bane guy is doing his best with his eyes and voice.

Then Nolan did the job!! Thats exactly who Wayne is. Even in the comics, He dies saving the whole damn world.

If Nolan used the original stories it would've been fucking awesome!!
There was actually no need to mess with Bane's voice like that. Sure, the actor did a good job as the Bane that had been given to him but he could've been absolutely awesome had Nolan stayed true to the comics.
