Hulk punching Thor goes deeper than just the comic element. These two had an epic battle in the comics and Hulk is the second known person to lift and wield Thor's hammer.

If Nolan used the original stories it would've been fucking awesome!!
There was actually no need to mess with Bane's voice like that. Sure, the actor did a good job as the Bane that had been given to him but he could've been absolutely awesome had Nolan stayed true to the comics.

AFAIK, they dont. They have no previous history in the comics. That part had been made for the movie.
In the comics The Avengers mostly do battle with the Red Skull. Not Loki. Since the geniuses who made the Captain America movie killed off Red Skull, they had to go with Loki. Imagine the Avengers movie with Hugo Weaving as the main baddy!! would've been totally awesome!!
