that's cos many ppl liked this movie ..it's just a people's favorite and that doesn't make it the best movie ever ...this movie is very accessible and appeals to a much larger audience than other contenders like god father or pulp fiction or the good the bad and the ugly ..even a kid can like shawshank redemption and give it a 10, but the other 3 i mentioned, i don't think so.

that jail sub genre is a very narrow one unlike gangster ...so yeah may be TSR is the best jail movie lol right now i can think of like 2 movie that take place entirely in jail.

Anyway according to me "jail" word strongly wind up with not a movie but TV series which is Prison Break
"touching" is one bad notion why most ppl tend to overrate movies which are not with exceptional artistic quality. 9/10 or 8.5/10 from me and not more than that.Shawshank Redemption
Old movie, but i watched it again
There is no doubt that it is the best movie ever 10/10, it's so touching
Just finished watching Ironman 2
I thought only The Godfather franchise made a better sequel than the original movie.
Now there's another franchise that achieved the same thing. This one was awesome. If I ever said anything bad about RDj's acting in the past, I take it back. The man IS Tony Stark. The whole cast was good. Rouke was top notch. So was Sam Rockwell. Scarlet Johansen did a good job as The Black Widow. Gweneth Paltrow did good and Don Cheadel played a damn good War Machine and actually stood toe to toe with RDJ. I doubt if Terrence Howard would've done any better.
The only one I did have a problem with was Sam L. Jackson. That wasn't Sam L. playing Nick Fury. That was Sam L. being the typical Sam L. in a Nick Fury costume. Take out the eye patch and put a wig and a suit and it would've been Pulp Fiction all over again.
Oh and there's definitely going to be a Thor movie next. Hopethey find someone who actually looks like a viking to play the role.
