Even The Hole (2001) has mind blowing plot twist than the Prestige. No way can Prestige be considered to have the plot twist of the decade.
In fact Prestige doesnt have a plot twist. The story is pretty straight forward.

And that too movie which made in 1975 and movie made in 2006.

in this decade ? ok memento had a pretty good twist ending ..wouldn't exactly call that a twist though but then again wut prestige had wasn't exactly a twist either.. I'd say old boy had the best twist in this decade. ..I can name many movies with much much better twist endings but they are prior to 2000.

seriously I was like "so wut was all the fuzz was about" after i saw prestige... and it was really disappointing ...but then again they did say "greatest twist of all time is, there's no twist"

Actually Prestige has two twists with Angier and Borden.
Straight forward???Be honest with me,did u ever think that Borden had his own brother as Fallon until he reveal his secret?If yes,you are a extraordinary mando some PhD in mathematics or will have a good future as a script writer.

Its everything plus a straight plot.
There's no twist in that plot. The movie would've been really great if it didnt have the Tesla's cloning device angle. That just made it ludicrous.
It is a very well made move but it aint mind blowing or filled with plot twists.

when you've seen shit load of movies with plot turns and twists you can predict plots ..its rather normal ..and half the way into the ending of this movie if you didn't pieced it together that christian bale was using a double (in this case, his own twin) you are just plain dumb...because any other way would have made the movie a silly fantasy movie with a dumb witchcraft just read the little detail dude..just dont sit there and fix your eyes on screen

use the actor names instead of character names. Watched this movie in 2006 so cant recall which actor used which character name.
It was pretty obvious that Bale's character had a brother. The tension/awkwardness with the wife as well as with Scarlet Johanssen's character made it obvious.

first of all I did accept that it was a good movie. I can understand the people rating it 10. all I said was that the twist wasn't that good and the plot was not abstract. you are the one who got all worked up about it the simple fact is that a movie don't have to have some mindblowing ending for it to be a great movie..and I usual love movies with straight forward plots.
