Well literally every great movie has got some kinda minor flaws.

1) Here he had surrendered without any fight and I believe that probably made US Officials to think that it's not a hoax.

And to make that bomb goes off, here probably he had to predict that some dumb army official would pull his pic from that switch. Given US Army's reputation, It's quite unrealistic thing.

Well you are quite right, It's much more realistic to show off in public and made that demand.

The Bourne Supremacy [2004]

Well It's same as the first one. Film is superb and has got some real energy in it. Demon is good as always and the only thing goes wrong for me is the roles of Abbot and Konkly. In first movie, it seemed that the Konkly was the real ugly character and here it changed drastically and Abbot suddenly wants to see Bourne killed. That's the only flow and it can be forgotten considering the other aspects of the movie.
