A privately-owned helicopter carrying Ministers Sajith Premadasa, Naveen Dissanayake and Indika Bandaranayake made an emergency landing at Katumana, Nuwara Eliya yesterday morning. The ministers were on their way to Nuwara Eliya from Colombo when inclement whether forced the pilot to land on a vegetable plot. The helicopter belonging to Minister Daya Gamage had been hired to fly the delegation for an event in Nuwara Eliya.

I got my facts right. Daya Aviation belongs to Minister Daya Gamage. This government came to power about 1 1/2 years ago. Where did he get money to start a new aviation company. He did not have an one before he came to power.

After this government came to power for the first time central back went bankrupt.

I believe he got these flying machines far before yahapanala era. He had airplanes during Chandrika's presidency but then govt did not allowed them to operate in SL bringing security reasons forward then the rented them in USA . Min Daya is a well established businessman he doesn't need gov money to fly like prev gov ministers who flew on air-fores machines billing us tax payers. please check your facts before spreading.
