Suppose an image has been taken of a person 6m tall, and standing at a distance of 30m from the camera, and we have to tell that what is the size of the image of the person, with a camera of focal length is 60mm?

Simple Trigonometry... not image processing.

(Height of the object)/(Distance to the object from the Camera) = (Image Height)/(Focal length)

Make sure you do not mix meters with millimetres.
