Middling is done by timing and it is done by the batsmen not the bowlers.To ignore that u have to vary the face of the ball,swing it(reverse is way better),use the seem position or spin.none of them will be possible at such a batting track without rain (unfortunately for us we had rain).Murali went high econ coz the lack of spin made some top spins doesnt spinned well.
