For me,

PSA rips are better

But have to wait until BluRay DVD or WEB-Download(Amazon,iTunes & etc.) releases the movie.

They sometimes releases early low quality rips if the demand is high.
So if you can wait, PSA rips are excellent.

For TV series also PSA is the best bet.
shaanig is also good, but it's my second option.

I used yifi/yts.ag for a long time but they don't release in x265 and PSA's & shaanig's x265 encodings have far better video quality for the same size.
