Then when they come for a job, either government or the private employer has to buy Microsoft operating system and Microsoft office as the employee is not familiar with ubuntu etc. This costs about Rs 80,000 per each computer. Just imagine the amount of money we have to spend as a country,  when we are buying MS products to each computer in this country.
