Why can't I sign in to my Youtube account ?

Why can't I sign in to my Youtube account ?? When i click on the Sign in button, it keeps on loading for hours, and after sometime a blank page comes with a simple "o" in the page.. why is that i cant sign in to the Youtube account?? does anyone has an answer ???​
