I think therez nothing like girls cheat more or guys cheat more. Normally in both sexes some ppl cheat and some ppl are committed. But as I think changing your GF or BF is not cheating, you should have the right to choose what person you like.
But faking your partner and not really doing what you telling to him/her is cheating. If you wanna change your partner just let them know you are no more interested, so they can find their way..
