Why E business cannot come at mass scale to Sri Lanka!!!!!!!

If you want to start up E business like amazon in Sri Lanka ,it is very expensive to register a business, Limited liability company has huge process, The sole trader or partnership business registration has to pay bribe.

Banks charge high fees for online transactions. Most of US companies started small then became big. In Sri Lanka Banks are courrupt. Only three main players in Sri Lanka Commercial Bank, Seylan Bank and Sampath Bank. Banks can just make huge wind fall out of startup companies. You have to go for foreign companies who charge hidden fees.

There is no duty free like zones for IT companies for warehousing,Most of the zones are industrial. No IT employee will work in that environment.

Sri Lankan Government give crap for business startup. No wonder there is no true FDI in this country.

they will come searching for us if we have a big marketplace like india. investing on a tiny island like sri lanka is not so profitable for them. they need a huge market
