What do we actually look in people? Knowledge and skills are a must as it the minimal requirement. Attitude is key as it is what is going to make the difference of being successful and unsuccessful. It is easy to acquire knowledge and skills if you have the right attitude; but it is tough to get the right attitude even if you have the knowledge and the skills.
