Why is internet so slow today?

i hv home x press with 60 kbps dw speed every day wont change the rate a lot

not the download speed. I checked using the DSL monitor which comes with the modem. it shows less than 120kbps. it takes few minutes to load a webpage

did u chk by dwing somtin frm de net?
