Yeah it has to be openly discussed. But with an educated person, and with a person of an appropriate age.

Culture is created by people, and in Sri Lankan culture, sex is not an openly discussed matter. People can change the culture. But they have to have methods to minimize the consequences.

yes it should be discussed with a person of an appropriate age.

    yes it should be discussed with a person of an appropriate age
    but discusing such things in public is little bite discusting nor.

    it is beacuse it is a taboo that teenage pregnancies and all other sex related issues including AIDS is spreading in SL...

    it is very difficult to get a person to use a condom even why..beacause everybody is embarrased to get one from the shop!!
