Why you cant prove god

you cant prove god is exiting as well as not existing. this is a simple argument with all thing created by your mind.

atheist argument

there is a celelstial teapot in some distant coner of universe and it is the creator of universe.

Can you disprove that? no

Unicorns do exist?

can you disprove ? No

Santa and tooth fairy do exist.

Can you disprove? No.

The great JUJU is the creator of the universe who reside in the depths of sea
( this believed by an african tribe and they worship great JUJU)

can you disprove ? No

What is the similarity ? Like God every thing which does not really exist cannot be proven 100% it does not exist by scientific method.

Thats why Richard dawkins compromised his strong views for the slogan

" there is probably no god, Now stop worrying and start living"

I know why.

science needs a cause for something to be. if something can't explain with science to explain something, there must be no cause for it to be. if there is no cause for something, it doesn't exist.

i know there is an undiscovered side of science. but on the other hand, if there is a god who made us but no one made him, then we get another problem of how he made. no body can simply say that no one made him or no reason him to be coz everything has a reason/cause. Isn't it?

This is such an old argument (if you can even call it that). I read the whole thing thinking I might find something interesting (and new) but it wasn't so. As some people who have commented have said already, God cannot be 'proven' to exist OR not exist. Those who choose to believe can and those who do not can as well. Let's just agree to disagree or something and leave it at that. It's futile to try to prove it one way or the other as nothing can be proven beyond any doubt whatsoever.

I myself don't believe in heaven/hell. I'd rather make my own decisions on morality and ethics than be told by a book/preacher or anyone/anything else. But hey, that's just me. 'Each to their own and to each their own'.
