Why you should not buy Dialog Broadband? - Education thread # 1.
Introduction.
I am a Dialog HSDPA customer since October 2008. At many times I am not happy with dialog HSDPA. It is the waste connection I have ever had. Dialog's main work is cheating innocent people and make money from them. Dialog HSDPA is a nice example for that.
So, Finally, I decided to share my experiance with dialog HSDPA and educate people on this matter.
Ok, Let's start with Dialog's new prepaid broadband.
Dialog has introduced a new prepaid broadband, I examined their price plans came to a conclusion not to buy that.
Reasons:
1. the 24 hour is subject to a Fair Usage Policy!
2. When we are browsing the net with this package, we can use that only for the given time ( 30mins, 2 h and 24h). Let's take an example you download with 30mins package, if the download is finished within 20mins, you'll have to disconnect it or else even if you keep the connection idle, the 10 minute will go down, that is to say, even if you chat in skype with someone for that 10minute, it will be a loss to you! '
And let's say you buy that 30mins package and start to download, there is not gurrantee that you'll get full speed from dialog, sometimes you'll 1 mbps, sometimes you'll get 10KB/s, so you can't buy that plan with a stable time estimate! If you get 100KB/s, its ok, what if you get 10KB/s? You can't download a software within the given time! at the end, waste of money!
Still do you think that this prepaid connection is cheap!
And in the 24hour package, if you download 5GB the speed is reduced around 40KB/s and when 6GB used it reduces to 8KB/s! Even you cannot download a movie with it!
What are alternative to this?
If you need a prepaid broadband, the BEST thing is to go for Mobitel's daily delight!
