I get some decent speed between 750Kbps-1MB most of the time. I guess this will be a good alterntive for the people who use dial-up connections. Not for the people who stay 24 hours online. And about Fair User Policy- I bet they cannot implement Fair User Policy with this set up- I used this connection and this was routing to their exact wiFi page. so, they have to use their WiFi server to control the data usage. I really doubt they can implement Fair User Policy. anyway, I am using this 24 hour package now planning  downloading some TV series and movies. guess I can give a feedback on this.
