Bro- I am not supporting Dialog here.
But, I was kinda attracted to this package.. Thats why I put up a thread on it for the information.
I guess you are wrong in the first point. i used that 20 Rs package.. and I was able to use that 30 min within 2 hours span.. disconnection within 5 ,10 min etc. But, I disconnected every time.
It is catering different need. Not for users who are being connected and staying idle.
I agree with your speed concern... Speed fluctuates. I live in Dehiwela and I use the postpaid package . I get some decent speed between 750Kbps-1MB most of the time.
I guess this will be a good alterntive for the people who use dial-up connections. Not for the people who stay 24 hours online.

And about Fair User Policy- I bet they cannot implement Fair User Policy with this set up- I used this connection and this was routing to their exact wiFi page. so, they have to use their WiFi server to control the data usage. I really doubt they can implement Fair User Policy. anyway, I am using this 24 hour package now planning downloading some TV series and movies. guess I can give a feedback on this. Some others also could do the same and see...

for 20/- --> within 30min ---->Even with a speed of 256kbps , you can download 56MB with Dialog new package..

    256*1/8*30*60*1/1024=56MB

It will be definitely far more faster than 256 Kbps = 32 KB/s

is there is a problem with the rapidshare when using the dialog broadband ?

One of my firend told me that they have limited IP addresses then therfore the
rapidshare is always downloading by someone and you will not get any chance.

This is a common problem for Dialog HSPA users.
