forget about if free.as i feel(bcoz i even try to find) ...some times they give free at those promotions or launching times...I even found just once ..other wise paid services are available at few places

but if you got wifi in ur laptop u can make ur lap top a wifi hotspot and access using wifi included mobiles and cameras...if you need help in that tell me

mmm free internet with wifi

but food think ... not cheap
