Windows 7 has got some hidden theme which you can use! They are automatically set according to the location u select! but we can use it by manually applying them!
open up the windows explore and enter this path:
there u will see 5 folders!
inside each of those folders there is anther folder called "Theme"
open it!
there is one theme in each of those folder with wallpapers from that country!
