Windows 7 - shared folder - how to increase number simultaneous user more than 20 ?

Guys pls tell me how to increase number of connections to shared folder in win 7. ?

limit the number of simultaneous users to (More than 20)

Maximum allowed is 20, Is there a way to get this increased than 20?

You need a server version of the OS to allow more than 10 concurrent
