No, not everyday. It will run when the PC is idle. For the first time, when you search something it might not find all, because it is still building the index.

    Yeah! First I gave a file name but it came without any answer. I thought this was not workin. But few minutes later it gave the file.

    Is there an option to search for non-indexed files? I can't remember

    I don't think so.
    I mean, there are indexed vs. non-indexed searches in XP and Vista.
