Skype on wm5 with wifi is the best feature. you can make free international calls even without having a SIM card inside your phone

. so many softwares you can run on WM5. WM2003 was the previous version.

Sorry you can not flash your Moto a1000 with Windows mobile 5. even some WM2003 PDAs you can not upgrade to WM5. you need to have the orginal shiped firmware (they call ROM Image) for your device.

and u need to have compatible hardware .... lik arm processors ....
