Windows Snipping Tool Alternative

I bought a mac (puke amaruwata) and the realized that it was nearly impossible to take screenshots like we do on windows using snipping tool. So was looking for an alternative and came across this one. Some of you might already know but if you don't here you go.

It is called Lightshot https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html

Tool seems to be free and quite easy to use. Can use on windows as well. You can easy circle things, point to things etc.

I think mac's (cmd+shift+5) shortcut is better than the windows snipping tools. It can adjust the size after we take the screenshot.

Same as what you get when you type screenshot in the search? if so eka mata lat ekak ban. Have to quickly copy it else endups on the desktop or somewhere.

But this tool allows you to circle point things etc which is essential in my job. So I thought of sharing it with the rest

I'm using Greenshot getgreenshot.org. It's free for Windows github.com/greenshot/greenshot

but 1.99$ for Mac, also have bad reviews on that version.
