In the end, it is all custom builds...sort of...
you install the drivers for YOUR hardware, you install the software that YOU want, you setup the look and feel the way YOU want it....etc
but getting a full configured and customized unattended CD/DVD is lots of hard work

Come on, don't ask that. Does Windows CD come with all those 3rd party software? Use common sense!
