extract file then setup wrar371.exe and pls follow the Instructions below
Installing WinRAR v3.71
1) Run "wrar371.exe"
2) Drag or Copy "rarreg.key" into the WinRAR directory ( "C:\Program Files\WinRAR" )
3) It should now be registered.
Intalling Vista Theme:
1) Simply go to the "Vista Theme" folder and open "Vista_Ultimate_48x48.theme"
2) Now open WinRAR
3) Go to Options > Themes > Vista Ultimate 48x48
4) Enjoy!
