Yes ..it is surely a concern. Gets a bit complicated sadly. Shielded cables will not help you.

Yes... finally it all depends on the cost of deployment. There are even non line of sight wireless solutions operating in the LTE bands and sub 6GHz bands but very costly. In the old days we used microwave systems. These were rather slow. Curently optical fibres.
I haven't got a clue as to where you are going to use this but isn't there any other alternative.
