Wordpress Developers : I Need Your Help

Machan at the moment, I need the help of Wordpress developers here in Elakiri, to do some tweaks to my website. I have provided the guidelines in each of the pictures given below, for you to understand what exactly I need. Please help me to get this task done. I am obviously not familiar with the coding stuff which is why I require you guys' help.

01) First, I need to take the "Follow" buttons to the right side of the website and to do another little tweak.

02) The next problem is with the website title.

03) The next and last problem is with the footer of the website. Quite a bit similar to the issue I have with the header.
