This is the operational approach: When I have an Australian client who require a website or a similar project:- Our team here in Australia will develop the concept- The concept will be sent to you- You have to estimate the number of hours you need in order to complete the job- After obtaining approval for your estimation you have to complete the job as expected- Upon submitting your outcome you will be paid according to your estimated number of hours + a bonus for exceptional outcomes So, as you can see, there is a significant level of 'trust' involved in this working arrangement.
