He was PM for only few hours otherwise he acted as an acting PM till next general elections. Even his name could not be included in the list of Indian PMs as he was never a PM of India. Only taking oath does not mean that you have become PM or CM as was the case with Jagdambika Pal of UP who took oath of office of Chief Minister of UP but resigned within few hours."
