Wristwatch from ebay

has anybody bought a wristwatch from ebay?

is there tax once it is shipped to lanka even if it is used and not brand new?

most of wristwatches are not working properly..
I bought 2 high end wristwatches from ebay and both doesn't work properly..
I went so many watches company for fix the issues..
but they didn't get it..All are say these are Chinese shit...

so careful..
buy from genuine ones from Europe or USA sellers...
