Hey man I got the same damn thing, got from US... its a piece of junk ....its stupid to go for a lap concidering the battery and if the battery die, it would cost only a couple of bucks to get a new one. If you want to go for a long lasting lap then better try a traval mate. Man i guess you havnt any knowledge of laps . I'm sure you have bought it pretty recent cz at the start it looks impressive but then all the hard drive probs, installations probs, DVD probs etc will be gifted.. You say its perfect but this is a piece of shit dude

Dude the 12 cell doesn't run as long as promised, 8 cells is much better performing than 12 cell and thats the best, man 8 cell works great . It's slower than I expected. The hard disk is very loud and cranky. The battery is big,bulky heavy and it looks annoying. Freezes up frequently. Worst support in the world, lots of crapware. Dont be fooled by the GREAT product, the warranty and THE BATTERY . I regret for buying this junk.
