If anybody dies in an accident, the driver must spend 7/14 days in jail/remand until to produce to court.
but what if it's not a fault of the driver on that incident. 14 days on a cell is not a small matter for normal people. even the srilanka jail is also near experience to hell on earth.
or Gov can make separate system (not the main prison) for these peoples until prove guilty.
