In both two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) maps, Omicron XBB.1, BM.1.1.1, and BQ.1.1 were the farthest from all preceding variants, with no marked improvement with the higher number of dimensions.Quite simply it's bad news even for Varaint Specific vaccines. XBB.1 lineage has an exceptionally robust antibody evasion activity. Another research done in Europe showed that even with four vaccines the situation is still the same.  XBB.1 is not neutralised by antibodies generated against *even the most recent version* of Omicron, BA.5.Neither Infection Immunity nor Vaccine Immunity works with XBB.1 lineage.
